**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated **AI Agent Development Intern** to join our Go-to-Market Department. This role focuses on designing and building intelligent agents that streamline workflows, enhance cross-team collaboration, and improve operational efficiency. The intern will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, automate repetitive processes, and deliver AI-powered solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Research & Development**: Explore AI agent frameworks, LLMs, and automation tools to identify the best fit for department needs. Prototype, test, and iterate on AI agent solutions.
- ** Process Automation**: Analyze existing workflows in the Services Department to pinpoint inefficiencies. Build AI agents to automate repetitive tasks such as data entry, reporting, knowledge retrieval, or customer case triaging.
- ** Integration & Implementation**: Connect AI agents with existing enterprise tools, knowledge bases, and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, CRM, ticketing systems).Ensure smooth integration between services and support teams through automation.
- ** Documentation & Reporting**:Maintain clear documentation of AI agent design, capabilities, and usage guidelines. Provide regular progress updates to the Services leadership team.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- Familiarity with Python and/or JavaScript for building AI/automation solutions.
- Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and workflow automation.
- Exposure to **LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Rasa, etc.)** or conversational AI tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)**:

- Prior experience with AI agents, chatbots, or automation projects.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI solutions.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk) or CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning AI models.
