Your Challenge:

- Ensure material orders and tracking inventory and fixed assets;
- Ensure the updating of the database of IT activities (approach/products and services) in SAP, ITSM, or other tool made available;
- Follow up on repairs;
- Ensure offers to internal customers;
- Follow up on offers, orders and invoicing;
- Ensure coordination between suppliers and follow up on contracts;
- Ensure the internal sale of equipment to staff;
- Ensure the management of the site's GSM subscriptions (orders, changes, cancellations).

Your Profile:

- Educational background : minimum secondary level (bac+ 2) with a focus on administrative and back-office functions;
- Languages: Fluent in English and in French is a must (Luxembourgish and/or German are considered as an advantage);
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel;
- Good communication skills;
- Good team player, comfortable with working in a diverse and multi-cultural environment;
- Ability to juggle with multiple priorities.
