Our client, a European Institution, is looking for its future
** Senior Public Procurement Officer** in a context of increasing activity.
The job offer is a first temporary contract for
**6 months**, which may open up other opportunities within the structure.

- Prepare call for tender documentation and internal authorisation documents, Terms of Reference, and draft contracts and their annexes;
- Planning and reporting of contracts and calls for tender;
- Ensure the complete electronic and physical archiving of all procurement/contractual documents.
This post requires full-time onsite presence for business reasons.
- University degree in construction-related faculty or procurement;
- ** At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement of building/civil engineering projects;**:
- Experience in drafting procurement related documents (Terms of Reference);
- Knowledge of EU public procurement;
- Very good analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent knowledge of **English language**:
