We are seeking a **Site Technical Director** with experience in large-scale architectural projects to coordinate and lead the disciplines of Structure, Architecture, and MEP in a project based in Luxembourg. This role requires solid experience in technical management, fluent communication with contractors and clients, and supervision of construction phases.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and lead the project disciplines (Structure, Architecture, and MEP) throughout all phases.
- Design and oversee technical solutions for the project and manage the resolution of technical issues.
- Promote coordination workshops with contractors to address unresolved issues.
- Review value engineering proposals and supervise workshop drawings required for work approvals.
- Lead technical meetings with clients and contractors, prioritizing quality, time, and cost.
- Manage daily monitoring of the construction process, anticipating risks and proposing solutions before they impact progress.
- Coordinate with Cost and Planning teams to ensure project feasibility.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
- **Experience**:minimum of 15 years as a Site Technical Director in large-scale construction projects.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Extensive technical knowledge in the construction of singular buildings. Experience in technical, operational, and monitoring meetings with contractors and clients.
- Ability to oversee and manage open workflows.
- Familiarity with value engineering processes and supervision of technical drawings.
- **Languages**:advanced English (French knowledge is a plus).
- **Other Desirable Traits**: teamwork, results orientation, autonomy, and technical innovation.
