Technical Project Manager

**| Your challenges?**:

- Develop and oversee project plans for the successful delivery of technical solutions from inception to final client delivery
- Coordinate technical project schedules, objectives, and key milestones
- Prepare and present progress reports, requirement specifications, and presentations
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and develop contingency plans
- Ensure adherence to budgets and maintain projects on track for timely and successful completion within established specifications
- Identify and escalate risks/issues to senior management
- Provide technical guidance to ensure work completion meets quality standards
- Ensure compliance with process improvements and technical design participation
- Manage communication and execution of solution handover to client services, service delivery, technology, and other team members at designated milestones
- Conduct code testing, review, and recommend changes to technology stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of rapidly establishing trust-based relationships
- Proficient understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM framework
- Demonstrated capability to deliver results on schedule and within budget
- Well-developed organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities
- Skilled in negotiation and influencing others
- Proven ability to manage project teams consisting of internal and external cross-functional stakeholders
- Track record of successful customer relationship management
- Language proficiency in English (fluent), with additional languages considered an asset
