**Your missions**
Our customer is a dynamic and growing company with its offices in Luxembourg City Center. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join their Finance team and play a key role in the Reporting and Operation departments.
As Senior Accountant, you will:
- Prepare periodic financial reports for management review.
- Consolidate accounts and financial statements.
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of accounting processes and systems.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and ensure compliance.
**Your ideal profile**
- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Master's degree in Auditing, Accounting, Finance or equivalent by experience
- Experience in LUXGAAP and IFRS.
- Have a good understanding of SQL
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
- Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices
- Interview coaching session before the client meeting
- Consistent and fair recruitment process with respect, transparency and trust
