Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, **nous recherchons un talentueux Project Manager (IT ou Business) pour renforcer nos équipes au Luxembourg.** Cette fonction clé dans la gestion des systèmes d'information requiert un fort intérêt pour le métier (secteur financier) et les technologies de l'information, un esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, une bonne coordination des acteurs d'un projet et une certaine empathie pour comprendre et gérer l'équipe. Une bonne organisation et un sens aigu du service client sont également impératifs dans cette fonction. - Définir la portée et les objectifs des projets, gérer les changements et élaborer des plans détaillés. Participer de A à Z à l'analyse et au suivi. - Assurer la conformité du programme et de la gouvernance du projet, veiller à ce que les objectifs des projets soient atteints dans le respect du périmètre, du budget, des délais et de la qualité requise. - Identifier et allouer les ressources, coordonner les parties prenantes internes et externes et entretenir les relations avec les clients. - Préparer les réunions et les actions de suivi pour les utilisateurs et les parties prenantes. - Gérer les risques liés aux projets et tenir à jour une documentation complète. - Fournir un support technique et fonctionnel lorsque cela s'avère nécessaire. - Assurer une transition réussie vers un environnement de production stable. Vous avez déjà une solide expérience dans cette fonction et souhaitez poursuivre votre carrière en capitalisant sur trois piliers: le business, la méthodologie de projet et les technologies de l'information.
