Scott and Owens est à la recherche d'un agent Helpdesk pour renforcer notre équipe.
Principales responsabilités
Vous répondez aux appels entrants
Vous analysez les incidents, les demandes et les problèmes
Vous suivez les incidents et maintenez les données à jour
Vous avez une première connaissance d'un outil de ticketing
Vous parvenez à faire remonter les incidents à des groupes de soutien dédiés
Vous effectuez un suivi des incidents jusqu'à leur résolution complète
Vous créez des utilisateurs dans le dépannage d'Active Director
Vous gérer les iMac (Installation, Mouve, Ajout, Change) / devices des utilisateurs
Vous pouvez dépanner des utilisateurs sur des problématiques liées aux Devices (écran, mobile - iOS, salle de réunion, laptop...)
Votre profile
Vous avez une bonne présentation et vous vous sentez à l'aise pour converser avec tous les interlocuteurs
Vous avez au préalable une première expérience en tant qu'agent de support de niveau 1-2.
Vous parlez français et anglais
