**Your missions**

In this role as an AIFM Officer, you will be involved in the day to day management and oversight of complex Private Equity, Fixed Income, Real Estate, Funds of Funds portfolios of various Alternative Investment Funds. You will directly report to the Conducting Officers with the purpose to evolve to a Conducting Officer position.

Some of your duties include:

- Participate in the analysis and assessment of the investments or divestment opportunities for our funds under management.
- Understand and review complex financial models projecting future earnings and profits’ potential and use this to form a judgement.
- Engage in regular research and reading to stay apprised about the state of the economy, global financial markets, as well as investment fund regulatory environment.
- Participate to the implementation of, evaluation and where required amendment of the investment management processes and systems (including sustainable investment policies) in order to allow the AIFM to identify and assess investment opportunities, as well as manage and monitor the portfolios of our funds under management.
- Participate to the valuation process and monitoring of the funds under management including the fair-valuation estimation of their underlying investments. Keeping up-to-date and challenge the AIFM’s valuation processes and models.
- Assist with on-boarding of new funds and initial due diligences (desktop and on-site DDs)
- Participate to the drafting, review and update the AIFM’s policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Be the point of contact for depositary and central administration;
- Support the Conducting Officer in day to day requirements and administrative tasks;

**Your ideal profile**-
- 2 or 3 years experience in the fund industry.
- Excellent communicator and team player.
- Deep analytical and problem solving capabilities.
- High level of numeracy.
- Attention to detail and good time management.
- Solid research skills. Ability to read and understand professional agreements, fund agreements and economical briefs.
- **Fluent in English, **French is a plus;
- **A minimum awareness of the regulatory environment of the Luxembourg funds industry/AIFMD.**:

- Experience in Real Estate/Private Equity/Fixed Income or any alternative funds exposure is a plus;
- Experience and appetite related to sustainable investments is a plus.- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
