Notre client est une **Société de Gestion internationale** disposant d’une licence UCITS & AIFM au Luxembourg, spécialisée dans les fonds liquides et alternatifs (Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure).
Basée au cœur de Luxembourg-ville, la structure gère des véhicules multi-juridictionnels et collabore avec des investisseurs institutionnels, banques privées et family offices européens.
Dans le cadre du renforcement de son équipe **Risk & Compliance**, nous recherchons un(e) : Risk Manager
Vos responsabilités:
En tant que Risk Manager, vous serez en charge de:
- Mise en oeuvre et maintenance du Risk Management Framework
- Suivi quotidien, hebdo & mensuel des risques
- Contrôle des limites, stress tests, VaR, scénarios extrêmes
- Contrôle des prestataires : administrateur de fonds, dépositaires, valuation
- Suivi incidents, pertes opérationnelles, remédiations
- Contribution aux rapports
- Préparation documentation pour conseils & comités Risques
- Participation aux projets internes
- Interaction directe avec Conducting officers et fonctions clés
Votre profil:
En tant que Risk Manager, vous avez:
- Minimum 3-7 ans d'expérience en Risk Management
- Excellente maîtrise d'Excel
- Langues : Français + Anglais courants (allemand et/ou luxembourgeois = atout)
- Connaissance AIFMD & UCITS, circulaires CSSF, risk control framework
- Bonne maîtrise des risques:
- Marché, liquidité, contrepartie
- Risques opérationnels & outsourcing
- Valuation oversigh/ NAV control
- Minimum 3-7 ans d'expérience en Risk Management
