**We are seeking a Valuation Audit - Senior**

Our Valuation Audit Department is offering you new challenges. Seize the opportunity to increase your skills, grow and develop yourself.

Valuation for Audit is a team of specialized auditors performing work on the review of valuation of private assets. The team is composed of professionals with a hybrid background from audit and valuations. The team covers all alternative asset classes including Private equity, Private debt, Infrastructure, Venture capital and non-performing loans. The team is expanding at a rapid pace in line with the growth of our Private Equity.

**What you will be working on**

Evaluate private assets investments’ valuations for audit purpose. This includes different asset classes such as: Infrastructure, Private equity, private debt, venture capital, non-performing loans.

Challenges client valuations using widely spread valuation techniques under IPEV or other valuation framework (Discounted cash flow method, market multiples)

Document valuation review work in accordance with audit methodology and standards.

Liaise with internal stakeholders (partners, audit teams, other specialists) and external stakeholders (investment managers, external clients)

Make qualitative discussions on-site or offsite with external audit clients on key valuation inputs and assumptions (e.g participation to valuation committee). It may include travelling on an ad-hoc basis.

Verify adequacy of the fair value disclosures in the financial statements (e.g IFRS 13 levels disclosures, US GAAP ASC 820)

Continuously train to new audit standards and valuations techniques and guidelines such as IPEV (valuation accreditation will be supported)

Coach more junior valuation staff and audit pool on valuation matters.

**What we look for**

You have obtained a university degree in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science. Qualified in CFA, CAIA or FMVA would be a plus

At least two years of experience working in audit or a relevant valuation role

You have knowledge of private equity/debt valuation including market multiples and discounted cash flow techniques

You have a profound foundation on accounting and auditing requirements with respect to fair value measurement of financial instruments.

Real estate experience would be considered as a strong asset

You are a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills to enable clear articulation while working with clients.

You have strong attention for detail, proven ability to meet tight deadlines, while working in a collaborative team environment, and the ability to quickly learn the intricacies of private equity positions and be able to adapt the technical knowledge through proficient analytical skills.

You are fluently in English, German would be considered a great asset
