Human Innovation Partners is seeking a (Senior) Valuation Consultant to join a well-known Consultant firm in Luxembourg. As a (Senior) Valuation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the value of investment funds and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. With a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, you will help the clients make informed investment decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in financial services and a passion for valuation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough valuation analysis of investment funds, including assessing and interpreting financial statements, market data, and economic indicators.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather relevant data and ensure accurate and timely valuations.
- Develop and maintain valuation models and methodologies, keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports, communicating findings to clients and senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Monitor and reconcile valuation discrepancies, investigating and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local and international regulations and standards regarding valuation practices.
- Participate in audit processes, providing necessary documentation and supporting documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial services, audit, or equivalent with a focus on valuation.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling techniques and valuation methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to AIFs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Proficient in using valuation software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CAIA are a plus.
