We are looking for a friendly and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team
**Your Responsibilities**:
Review job descriptions and requests from European Institutions, and prepare and share job offers through various channels.
Build new partnerships to find more ways to recruit.
Find and attract IT talent using our database, job boards, social networks, and more.
Prepare needed documents like CVs and skill summaries.
Create financial offers and write employment contracts.
Help new employees get started.
Attend job fairs across Europe.
**Your Profile**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT recruiting.
Strong team player who can also work independently.
Good at organizing and prioritizing tasks.
Excellent people skills, fluent in both English and French.
Experience with Excel and Word.
