**Job Offer**:Consultant "AMOA" (project management, testing and analysis)**: Key Responsibilities: - Analyze the project needs to identify requirements and opportunities for improvement. - Test new functionalities on trailer fees part and monitor changes for effectiveness. - Control changes associated with the project, including reporting and documentation. - Organize and provide documentation for necessary processes and evolutions to enable successful rollout in production. **Deliverables**: - Support the trailer fees replatforming project and all associated BA for analysis & testing - Change management : organize training sessions - Evaluate the risks - Other support as a Business Analyst - Knowledge management: produce user guides, and documents to upgrade continuously the knowledge database - Pre-production : perform sanity checks in pre-production before the IT release. - Post release follow-up : perform sanity checks after the release and monitor the release effectiveness. - Knowledge management: produce user guides, and documents to upgrade continuously the knowledge database **Offer Requirements**: Thank you for providing the details of the job opening. Below are the requirements for the offer: - Experience in Transfert Agent trailer fees Processes - Proficiency in calculations, reconciliation, reporting, and KPI analysis - Familiarity with Multifonds TA and its reporting functionalities - Expertise in Transfer Agent (TA) operations - Knowledge of Estars and Multifonds systems - Fluency in French and English languages
