On behalf of our client, a service provider, we are looking for a “Corporate Officer (M/F/d)” for their office in Luxembourg.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Coordination of daily administrative and legal formalities for the client portfolios managed by our client
- Dealing with issues relating to the opening of accounts, resolutions of the Board of Directors, shareholder resolutions, capital calls, distributions, official publications and filings, notarized and private deeds, company formations and liquidations
- Maintaining close client relationships with existing and new clients, banks and other external parties, providing insight into their needs and customer-centric solutions and ensuring that legal and contractual requirements are met
- Chairing the meetings of the Board of Directors and shareholders and reviewing the corresponding minutes, agreements and documents
**Your profile**:
- Experience in the field of commercial and/or corporate law or experience gained in the course of professional activity would be an advantage
- A sound knowledge of the corporate governance framework and corporate law in Luxembourg (including financial vehicles, SOPARFI, SPF, SPV)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English. French would be an advantage
