For our department _Airline Quality & Compliance_** **within **LuxairGroup**, we are looking for a (an): **_Compliance Documentation Administrator (M/F) - copy_** **_Main duties:_** - Administer and control the quality & compliance documentation system according to current legal and internal regulations in force - Be in charge of the continuous improvement of documentation system according to current legal and internal regulations in force - Manage document databases including regulations for the departments of Luxair Luxembourg Airlines according to current legal and internal regulations in force - Check and remind validity of documents to involved Postholders according to current internal regulations in force - Maintain Quality Page updated - Be the key contact for all publications on Intranet concerning the Compliance Department including the updating of the Quality Briefing - Update the master library containing approval documentations related to Technics/ Flight Ops / Crew training / Ground Ops department’s manuals which are available at the Quality department and assure the publication on Intranet - Participate in the review and revision of Quality Manual **_Required profile:_** **_Minimum required criteria:_** - Be holder of a "Bac" or equivalent - Provide a proven experience in documentation management - Show a sound knowledge of project management and quality tools - Show excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written) **_Desired or to be acquired criteria:_** - Demonstrate good knowledge of the structure of aviation regulations - Show knowledge of quality standards and models - Show user skills in the tools used in the Quality Assurance department - Maintain the strict confidentiality of the data - Knowledge of Quality System and auditing. - Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
