**SENIOR LEGAL OFFICER - INVESTMENT FUNDS**:** Tasks and responsibilities**:
- Participate in the introduction, on-boarding and the daily administration of the new business and related products, notably but not limited to Luxembourg domiciled investment funds as well as (alternative) off-shore funds.
- Review and comment the fund documentation (prospectus, articles of incorporation/management regulations) in accordance with internal policies and procedures, liaise with the clients and/or their legal advisers.
- Coordinate the review of the fund documentation with the relevant departments and other entities of the group in order to ensure operational feasibility and timely implementation.
- Providing guidance and assistance to the more junior lawyers.
**Your Profile**: - Minimum of 5 years experience in investment funds engineering services and banking (bank, law firm or other financial services provider);
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg Investment Fund, Finance/Banking-regulated Regulation (including MiFID) and Corporate Law;
- Knowledge of Anglo-Saxon/Irish law would be an asset;
- A good knowledge of a depositary bank and administrator of any Luxembourg investment vehicle, notably under AIFMD and UCTIS V;
- Any experience in Real Estate or Private Equity funds, including SPVs, will be an asset;
- A graduate in Law (Bac +5) from a recognised university (post-qualification would be an advantage);
- Fluency in English and French, both verbally and in writing is mandatory. All other languages will be considered as an asset;
- Good understanding of the fund value chain (custody, fund administration, TA, Legal, tax etc);
