**Responsibilities**
- Follow and respect safey rules, internal rules and processes
- Manage, monitor and optimize the service of transport to our customers securing a high level of quality and efficiency for our different markets
- Follow, develop and propose alternatives to the existing transport strategy to increase overall efficiency.
- Take full responsibility of the markets he/she has in charge
- Secure and develop an efficient communication towards different stakeholders: order managers, factories, external service providers.
- Be proactive to smooth and secure unloading capacities at customer level.
- Ensure reliability of data in the system
- Follow and improve transport KPIS for the markets
- Support by his/her leadership, ArcelorMittal’s safety strategy for loading activities
- Support actively onboarding of new carriers, animate carriers in his/her scope
- Review and manage follow up of immobilization cost
- Provide relevant information and be direct contributor for carrier’s performances review

**Requirements**:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of transport or supply chain in a similar industry
- MS Office knowledges. Competencies in Power Bi welcome and SAP is an advantage.Language Skills : English & French required. German is an asset
- Critical thinking skills and knowledge of analytics
- Good analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Strong capabilities to prioritize.
