This is a key role, reporting directly to me as Head of HR, with responsibility across all our active markets — **Luxembourg, Belgium, Italy, and the UK.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Your Mission**
- ** HR operations and projects**:Support the roll-out of HR processes and initiatives across the group. Help implement policies, tools, and documentation to support local teams
- ** HR reporting**:Help monitor HR KPIs (headcount, absenteeism, turnover, etc.). Ensure the consistency and reliability of HR data
- ** Legal support**: Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. Assist in the legal and administrative management of end-of-contract situations (resignations, dismissals, mutual agreements).
- ** Training and Development**:Coordinate training logistics, maintain training records and documentation, support training reimbursement processes with external providers or public institutions.
- ** Personnel Administration**:Ensure accurate administrative tracking of all employees throughout their lifecycle, monitor and process absences, annual leave, sick leave, and remote work. Act as the main point of contact for all employees regarding HR-related questions. Prepare and transmit monthly payroll-relevant information to the external payroll provider (fiduciary). Support offboarding process.

**Who You Are**
- Degree in Human Resources, labour law or a related field
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a multi-country context
- Familiarity with Luxembourg labour law and European mobility regulations
- Exposure to payroll management, ideally with external providers
- Fluent in **English** and **French mandatory,**every other language is a +
- Proactive, detail-driven, and ready to scale with us
