**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily accounting operations for assigned investment funds.
- Reconcile cash positions, investment transactions, and portfolio valuations.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with reporting standards.
- Analyze fund performance and financial data to support investment strategies.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address inquiries and provide financial insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in fund accounting or financial services.
- Fluency in **English** and **Spanish** is required; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and investment concepts.
- Experience with fund accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
