At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a 365 Expert (Technical Writer) to join our UniQue team.

**What will you be doing in this role?**

The Technical Writer will be part of the Digital Services team. Within this project, you will join an Agile team with various skills and responsibilities - project managers, business analysts, system administrators and developers, project support officers, document management experts, etc. As a technical writer, you will contribute to documenting, training and preparing staff to use a modern digital workspace.
- Help to drive the adoption of M365 based modern workplace technologies;
- Design, plan and develop documentation to accompany the adoption of a modern workplace;
- Train the staff to the use of new functionalities, and new ways of working with the client's workplace;
- Provide guidance and expertise in the use of M365 products;
- Draft consult, obtain approval, and coordinate publication of different types of technical documentation;
- Ensure the compliancy of all activities with approved standards and internal procedures;
- Collaborate with team members to analyze information, define and prioritize requirements and evaluate potential solutions;
- Coordinate stakeholder’s communication channels amongst other business requirements gathering workshops, technical workshop;
- Contribute to design vision and other project related documentation.

**Requirements**:
**What will you be bringing to the team?**
- Bachelor’s level or 3 years of higher education;
- Previous experience as technology expert in M365 in **at least one** of the following areas:

- Collaboration platforms and communication including some or all of: outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams Office 365, etc.
- User Identity Management.
- Information Protection and Governance, including some or all of: Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention, Sensitive Information Types, Microsoft 365 Encryption, Message Encryption, Sensitivity Labels, Data Lifecycle and Records Management, Retention, Data Analytics, Audit, etc.
- 5 or more years of professional experience in technical writing/business analysis position, with relevance to the tasks described below:

- Capacity in preparing and writing business and requirements analysis;
- Capacity to speak to both business and technical audiences;
- Capacity to provide hands on trainings and detailed presentations;
- Capability to write clear and structured technical documents;
- Ability to participate meetings, very good communication skills (English);
- Collaborative and proactive approach with hands on attitude; Ability to make recommendations and give advice about best practises;
**It would also be a plus if you match some of the following**:

- General knowledge of support activities related to M365;
- Previous agile experience (certification in PM2 -Agile or equivalent desirable);
- Previous experience in an EU institution;
- Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment.
