Your Responsibilities | Corporate - Lawyer - Financial - Law Firm

You supervise and initiate the litigation procedures and all other legal proceedings relating to your own client portfolio, this primarily includes cases with focus on Corporate and Financing Law (M&A, Financing Contracts, Statutory Modifications, etc.)

You keep track of clients’ requests, prepare legal documentation and initiate legal actions on their behalf.

You curate a strong relationship with your clients and develop the business by attracting potential new clients. This task includes being proactive in suggesting strategies and in offering counsel that is tailored to the needs of these businesses.

You engage in legal and regulatory monitoring with the aim to anticipate changes in legislation and the conformity of your clients’ operations with the local legal framework.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate - Lawyer - Financial - Law Firm

You possess between five and ten years of experience as a registered lawyerin a Luxembourgish law firm.

You are fluent in French AND English any additional language is beneficial.

Your open-mindedness and affinity for complex problem-solving represent your strength and your collaborative nature make you apt at working on different cases with different parties.

Your entrepreneurial working style and dynamic nature push forward your professionalism and career objectives.

Offer | Corporate - Lawyer - Financial - Law Firm

Per your level of experience, exposure to complex cases, and professional background, your salary could go up to 110 000€ gross annually. The aim is to guarantee a comfortable and dignified lifestyle.

With a bonus of up to 2 months’ worth of salary, you would also be rewarded by bringing in more clients for the firm.
