**Controller - Fund Accounting**

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Luxembourg team as a **Controller - Fund Accounting**. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to take ownership of high-level fund accounting activities, lead the preparation of financial reports, and play a key role in managing client relationships and supporting team development.

As Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day fund management operations for our Luxembourg clients. This includes producing consolidated financial statements and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of fund accounting processes. You will also review and guide the work of Assistant Controllers and Lead Accountants, balancing hands-on reporting responsibilities with leadership and oversight.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Prepare financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and other key reports
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles
- Support due diligence and sales processes
- Produce financial and management reports for investors and stakeholders
- Manage capital contributions, redemptions, and distributions
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Controllers and SPV Accountants
- Lead onboarding and liquidation processes for client funds
- Act as the primary contact for clients, auditors, and tax advisors
- Review capital availability reports, cash logs, and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CA preferred)
- 6+ years’ experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and audit processes
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Lux GAAP, and fund accounting principles
- Experience with VAT and income tax (Luxembourg-specific knowledge is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems
- Fluent in French and English (additional languages a plus)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with international teams
