Human Innovation Partners is looking for a motivated Risk Management Officer to join a Financial Services structure.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Assist the Conducting Officers with their daily function
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work with other departments to ensure they are assessing and managing risks
- Daily risk reporting preparation and review with the necessary escalation of critical issues, such as VaR reports
- Review and analyze risk data to identify trends and areas of concern
- Prepare quarterly AIFMD Reports
- Review fund’s risk profiles and calibrate risk limits
- Performing pre-trade checks for non-liquid assets and an oversight on the AIFs valuation
- Work with the company's senior management to ensure a culture of risk awareness
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of risk management processes
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- 5 to 6 years’ experience within the Investment Funds, finance industry, and audit, with a strong economic background
- Investment management background, with experience in UCITS and/or Alternative Investment Funds
- Experience with regulatory compliance and risk assessment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other analytics tools
- General Office Management duties to assist the growth of the business and ensure the smooth running of daily activities
- Other ad-hoc analyses and tasks to assist the growth of the business and ensure the smooth running of daily activities
