Our Risk Advisory team is dedicated to supporting investment managers, management companies ("ManCos"), and alternative investment fund managers ("AIFMs") in navigating today's complex regulatory and risk environment. We combine deep expertise in the investment fund industry with a practical approach to risk management, helping clients design and implement effective frameworks, strengthen governance, and meet evolving regulatory expectations.

With a particular focus on alternative investments and innovative risk solutions, our team works closely with clients to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable strategies that enhance resilience and performance. We value professionals who think creatively, challenge conventions, and bring fresh perspectives to solving risk and regulatory problems.

Your Role

As a (Senior) Consultant in our Risk Advisory department, you will play a key role in supporting our clients across a range of risk and regulatory projects. You will contribute to the design and implementation of risk management frameworks, advise on regulatory requirements, and help clients navigate the evolving landscape of investment funds and alternative investments.

We are seeking talented individuals who will:

  • Support client projects related to risk management and regulatory compliance for IMs, ManCos, and AIFMs.
  • Assess, design, and implement risk management frameworks aligned with regulatory standards (UCITS, AIFMD, SFDR, etc.).
  • Conduct risk assessments across investment strategies, asset classes, and operational processes.
  • Advise on governance structures, reporting requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with technology and valuation teams to address specific operational challenges.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and regulatory documentation for clients.
  • Bring innovative ideas and creative approaches to improve processes, methodologies, and solutions for clients.

Your skills

Hold a Master's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.Have 3-5 years of experience in the investment fund industry, consultancy, or regulatory environments.Knowledge of fund regulations and structures (UCITS, AIFMD, SFDR, etc.).Experience in risk management for funds or alternative investments is a strong advantage.Familiarity with risk management tools, methodologies, and relevant technology solutions.Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and design practical, forward-thinking solutions.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Possess good command of VBA, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Be fluent in English and/or French, German is considered as an asset.
