**The Purpose**:
You will be working within the second line of defence of PPRO’s three lines of defence model to provide oversight by carrying out compliance monitoring reviews to ensure the business is meeting its regulatory obligations, risks are appropriately mitigated and the operational processes work adequately.

**What you will be doing**:

- Contribute to the design of the Compliance Monitoring Programme,
- Execute PPRO’s Compliance Monitoring Programme by producing quality reviews, across multiple functional areas of the organisation;
- Monitor outsourced compliance activities between PPRO group companies,
- Define and execute remediation plans in accordance with findings of the performed monitoring;
- Provide guidance to the business and operations on necessary actions to strengthen compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory obligations;
- Define KPIs and KRIs related to the scope of monitoring and report results and findings to management;
- Continually improve compliance review systems and processes, with a focus on business service levels, productivity, efficiency and customer service.

**You'll need to have**:

- University degree,
- Good knowledge of CSSF (Luxembourg) and FCA (UK) regulations and obligations,
- Experience in a Compliance or Audit role, ideally involving performing monitoring reviews,
- Able to manage and prioritise own workload,
- Good written and oral communication skills in English

**Nice-to-have**:

- AML/CTF certification(s)
- IT literacy and data analysis skills
