**What you will be doing**
Joining Satispay means being a leader of change and innovation.
You’ll be part of the ICT Governance & Outsourcing Management team where you will support the ICT processes. The team is located in Luxembourg but provides services to the Satispay Group (Italy, Luxembourg, France, and soon other countries). You will be reporting to the ICT Governance & Outsourcing Manager and working closely with various teams and stakeholders within the Satispay Group.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Create, modify, and disable user accounts based on access policies and business requirements;
- Respond to access requests, ensuring timely fulfillment while adhering to security protocols;
- Conduct regular access reviews to ensure user permissions are aligned with their job responsibilities;
- Perform access audits to identify and rectify unauthorized access or permissions discrepancies;
- Document access-related activities, changes, and incidents for auditing and compliance purposes;
- Ensure user access procedures comply with relevant security policies, regulations, and industry standards;
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement access controls and security measures;
- Provide user support and troubleshooting related to access issues and authentication problems;
- Assist in password management, password resets, and account recovery processes;
- Liaise with various departments to understand their access needs and requirements;
- Coordinate with HR and Satispay’s Management to ensure access changes based on employee onboarding, transfers, or departures.

You have/are:

- Proven experience in user access management, or similar;
- Excellent communication skills at all levels;
- Analytical & Result oriented mindset and not afraid to fail and to improve by learning on the job;
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal;
- B1 or B2 level in Italian is considered as an asset;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields is a plus.

**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Luxembourg with a hybrid work policy.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Stock option plan available.
