Join BHW Bausparkasse AG, Luxemburg branch as a Operations Analyst for our Belgium Portfolio, which ist managed from our Luxemburg branch. Be part of a small team that serves our Belgian clients and supports them with their mortgage needs. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to get involved in topics related to the Luxemburg market.

**Responsibilities**
- Processing of contractual matters concerning mortgage loans (e.g. prolongation, contract changes, payment agreements)
- Dunning processing incl. support for necessary enforcement measures
- Processing customer requests
- Creation of reports on the development of the portfolio

**Skills**
- Commercial experience, ideally in the financial sector
- Foreign language skills in French, Flemish and if possible German/English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Microsoft (mainly Excel)
- Ability to work in a team and assume ownership
