**What you'll be doing**

As a **Fraud Operations Analyst**, you'll be instrumental in **mitigating fraud risks and financial losses by analyzing transactions, enhancing our KYT system, and uncovering fraud schemes to ensure a great user experience and support our rapid growth in Luxembourg.** Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

- ** Analyze transactions to identify fraud weaknesses and propose improvements** - Investigate flagged transactions, identify weaknesses and attack patterns, and propose tactical improvements for better fraud detection and prevention.
- ** Enhance KYT alerts with refined logic and new risk signals** - Continuously refine the KYT alerting system by suggesting improvements to detection logic and integrating new risk signals for increased efficiency.
- ** Uncover hidden fraud schemes** - Conduct deep dives into account and transaction behaviors to identify hidden fraud schemes and enhance detection models.
- ** Hunt for new fraud patterns through data analysis** - Proactively analyze transaction data, behavioral anomalies, and unusual customer activity to identify emerging fraud patterns.
- ** Collaborate to improve fraud detection systems using advanced tools** - Liaise with Product, Data Analytics, and Engineering to design and improve fraud detection and prevention systems, including machine learning and anomaly detection. **Who we're looking for**

- ** Attacker mindset** - You think like an attacker to proactively identify weaknesses and strengthen defenses against sophisticated fraud attempts.
- ** A strong analytical mindset** - Proven ability to work with large datasets, spot hidden patterns, challenge assumptions, and translate findings into actionable improvements.
- ** Previous relevant experience** - Experienced in fraud prevention, fraud operations, cybersecurity, or highly analytical roles; technical backgrounds are encouraged.
- ** Basic proficiency in SQL** - Used for querying and analyzing large sets of transaction and behavioral data.
- ** Language proficiency** - Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to clearly communicate complex fraud cases and technical insights.
