**German Speaking Fund Associate - Evolution Perspectives**

We are pleased to present an exciting career opportunity with a leading Luxembourg law firm renowned for its expertise in investment fund law. Our client is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Investment Funds practice, contributing to a dynamic team and high-value mandates.

With approximately 40 professionals, the firm combines the agility of a mid-sized structure with an international outlook. The Investment Funds team of around 10 lawyers works closely together, providing an environment where autonomy is balanced with strong support from senior colleagues.

As part of this practice, you will handle intellectually stimulating matters, including complex transactions and investment fund structuring. The firm’s culture emphasizes responsibility, professional development, and collaboration with approachable partners who actively mentor and share their expertise.

**Your Responsibilities**|** Attorney - Lawyer - Law - Finance - Corporate - M&A**

- You will **take the lead** on structuring and executing investment fund transactions, gradually increasing autonomy while receiving guidance from senior associates and partners.
- **Drafting**, **reviewing**, and **negotiating** fund documentation and related corporate agreements, ensuring legal robustness and commercial practicality will be part of your responsibilities.
- You will have to provide clients with **expert advice** on fund governance, regulatory compliance (CSSF, AIFMD, UCITS), and fund-related corporate matters, delivering solutions that are both pragmatic and business-focused.
- You will be **coordinating** with external stakeholders such as banks, notaries, fund administrators, and service providers, as well as **collaborating** with colleagues across complementary practice areas**.**

**Profile and Career Path**|** Attorney - Lawyer - Law - Finance - Corporate - M&A**

- You have a minimum of **3 years’** experience as an investment funds lawyer in Luxembourg.
- Fluency in **German** and **English** (both spoken and written) is essential; additional languages are considered a strong asset.
- You have solid understanding of **alternative investment funds.**
- Excellent **communication** and **organizational** skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrating a **stable career** **path** is essential to be in line with the firm’s culture.
