infeurope Luxembourg is supporting an International Organisation in Germany with their global clientele in the area of patent registrations, patent renewals and patent granting. We have an opening to be the first at infeurope in Luxembourg to be part of the highly experienced support team. After a thorough training period with business trips to the team in Germany, you will provide the service out of our offices in Luxembourg. This is a unique opportunity to grow together with us in supporting European Institutions and International Organisations and their clientele out of Luxembourg.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- First point of contact for the international customers of a prestigious International Organisation in Germany
- User guidance on the organisation webpage to ensure applicants and companies understand the patent procedures
- Customer data management and maintenance in various data management tools

**Your Profile**:

- Fluency in German and English. Being able to speak French is a distinct advantage.
- Preferably previous experience in customer care or hospitality
- Passionate about customer care and ability to work in a dynamic customer service environment
- Ability to pick things up quickly and wants to learn new things
- Customer focused with experience of managing complex enquiries
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisational and problem-solving skills
- Team player who enjoys working in a cross-functional, diverse and international team
