**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Lead Developer, who will adeptly oversee the dynamic endeavors of our developer team, exercising astute leadership to ensure the technical excellence and proficiency of the collective efforts.
- Identifying, managing and solving problems occurring during development
- Reviewing business specifications, implementations and managing the development team
- Managing, mentoring and offering feedback from a technical perspective to developers
- Requesting and reviewing technical plans and estimates
- Preparing team schedules, roadmap and suggesting new technologies to the team
- Monitoring and evaluating the developer's professional skills and their performance, ensuring opportunity them to improve
- Sharing information within the team, and defining, enforcing the technical rules, guidelines, practices, technical requirements and processes
- Assisting and enforcing the development cycles and processes
- Ensuring the team continues to improve professionally
- Representing Team, communication with other Teams and Departments
- Assisting in on-call duty situations
- Prepare reports for Management
- Any other tasks assigned by the direct line manager or management

**Qualifications**:

- System design experience with high-availability, high-performance, scalable systems
- More years of backend development experience using OOP with SOLID principles
- Proven track record of experience of RDBMS and NoSQL usage experience
- Practical knowledge about TDD, ATDD, BDD
- Strong people management skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze various inputs to help prioritize work
- Ability to communicate effectively to different levels of the organizational roles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-compressed and dynamic environment
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
- Other competences according to primary role
