**Job Description**:
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the complete project lifecycle including pre-sales support, identification of opportunities, leading sales and delivery;
- Actively participate in business development while developing client relationships and leveraging on your specific policy expertise;
- Deliver evaluations, impact assessments, cost-benefit analysis, technical feasibility studies and other type of policy studies in different sectors;
- Work in highly collaborative teams and participate in the people development by sharing knowledge, mentoring, and coaching team members and leading by example ;
- Collaborate with the wider team in order to contribute towards the practice development by creating thought leadership and marketing materials for selling and promoting our offerings; and
- Contribute to various internal activities (Career development, Thought leadership, etc.).

**Qualifications**:

- You have more than 3 years of experience preferably in EU public policy research, evaluations and impact assessments;
- You have a strong academic background preferably in the field of technology, (applied) economics, engineering, policy evaluation, or business studies from a leading university;
- You have good project management and time management skills under tight deadlines;
- You have strong quantitative and analytical skills including the ability to create, maintain and analyse databases;
- You must be an advanced user of MS Office tools, especially on MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint;
- You have proven experience in one or more of the following sectors: information and communication technologies, digital policies, justice and home affairs, taxation and customs, among others and knowledge of the EU Better Regulation Guidelines and Toolbox;
- You are ambitious and possess high levels of personal motivation and a strong ability to communicate at all levels, with entrepreneurial drive;
- You enjoy coaching young consultants and working in highly collaborative teams, but you are also able to work independently; and

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
