Objectifs du poste/mission :
Vous participez aux différentes phases d'un projet d'implémentation HR Access, en apportant votre expertise et votre méthodologie lors de l'analyse et lors de la mise en œuvre du projet.
Vous participez à la mise en place d'interfaces avec d'autres applications, basées sur des web services.
Vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement de l'application lors de la phase d'exploitation.
Description du poste :
Au sein de l'équipe Service :
- Vous qualifiez les requêtes et les besoins client (être proactif et garant des choix techniques)
- Vous proposez des solutions applicatives innovantes en optimisez l'utilisation du produit standard
- Vous êtes garant de la cohérence et de la stabilité de la solution proposée aux clients, en répondant aux besoins et demandes d'évolutions
- Vous participez à l'implémentation des solutions et à leurs déploiements
- Vous assurez le transfert de compétences aux consultants plus juniors
Vous êtes de formation minimum Bac+4 / Master.
Vous disposez d'une expérience minimale de 3 ans sur des projets HR Access.
Vous avez une capacité à rédiger des études fonctionnelles, d'animer des ateliers client.
Vous êtes à l'aise tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
Vous disposez d'une capacité d'écoute et de synthèse.
Vous avez de solides connaissances du « métier RH » avec le client.
Vous disposez d'un minimum d'expérience de 3 ans en implémentation sur des projets HR Access dont une année en implémentation de web services.
