Within the Data Management department, the Data Operations service is responsible for updating the administrative data of individual and corporate customers.

we are seeking an Intern for**a 6-month internship beginning in February**2026**.**Please note that only students who can provide a valid internship agreement (school convention) will be considered.**

**Your tasks**:

- Ensure that the customer's KYC and identification data meet the requirements of current regulatory standards, in order to guarantee good Data Quality from the moment the customer enters into a relationship until the account is closed.
- Be familiar with the bank's KYC documents and tools
- Provide cross-functional operational support to the PB, Retail Banking and Wholesale Banking business lines.
- Participate in improving procedures in line with Group regulations
- Participate in the development of new tools to better cover the Bank's risks.
- Detect administrative anomaly, operational risk or malfunction that could impact the data quality of our file.

**Your profile**:
**Education**:

- 3+ year degree in Banking/ Finance/ Economics/ Law E
- perience in financial services is a plus

**Languages**:

- English and French are essential, any other language will be an advantage
