Internship Ground Operations (M/F/x)

We are looking for a motivated and proactive intern to support our Ground Operations department in tasks and functions related to:

- procedures and manuals for Ground Operations,
- the definition and implementation of projects concerning Luxair products and services
- monitor test-run and carry out analyses on processes
- any other task or function related to Ground Operations processes

**Main Duties**:

- Perform assigned tasks related to the functions of Ground Operations department in relation to investigations carried out regarding safety, security or compliance
- Support Ground Operations projects for services or products, conducting tests, performing analyses, supporting the launch and monitoring the implementation.
- Liaise with internal departments on commercial aspects, safety, security and compliance in relation to investigation and special requests to support Ground Operations’ approval.
- Collaborate on the research and improvement of procedures and processes documented in the Ground Operations department.

All the above tasks must be performed in compliance with safety rules, security, compliance and in accordance with established rules and processes

**Minimum required criteria**:

- Provide a university degree in Business Administration or Airline Business
- Have solid organizational and presentation skills
- Have good communication skills in English. French and German are recommended to have
- Ability to prioritize
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the company
- Work well in a team and independently
- Demonstrate advanced skills in the use of IT and Office tools (e.g Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft forms, etc.)
- Show interest in the industry and current recognized Aviation Regulations & Standards (ICAO, IATA, IOSA, EASA)
- Be capable to identify areas of improvements and propose/implement changes internally if/where applicable
