On behalf of our client, a prestigious bank, we are looking for a “KYC Onboarding Expert (M/F/d)” for their office in Luxembourg.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the interaction with clients and their representatives during the onboarding stage and KYC process
- Contact person for internal departments like risk, compliance, credit, legal and products during the management of KYC reviews and all scenarios of account openings
- Producing and tracking KPIs
- Acting as advisory and support for the client relationship managers
- Performing periodic client reviews in line with regulatory framework and KYC policies
- Interact with multiple stakeholders of market coverage locations (audit, operations, compliance, legal, etc.)

**Your Profile**:

- At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in KYC/AML environment and onboarding
- Good understanding of bank processes, policies and services
- Fluent in English, any other language is considered as an advantage
- Strong teamwork and organizational as well as problem-solving skills
