As an Assistant Manager, you'll be at the forefront, working hand in hand with our Manager to ensure the success of our point of sale. Your tasks will be diverse and stimulating:
Work closely with the Manager and take charge in their absence.
Efficiently manage all activities of the point of sale, from administration to execution.
Ensure impeccable accounting and oversee cash flows to meet operational requirements.
️ Master our product range to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers.
Participate in scheduling to ensure optimal organization.
Contribute to the implementation of sales strategies and promotional initiatives to boost our commercial performance.
Provide leadership as a floor manager to ensure operational excellence.
If you have at least 3 years of experience, impeccable organizational skills, and a natural sense of interpersonal relations, this opportunity is for you We are looking for talents known for their team spirit, diplomacy, rigor, and creativity.
