**Job Description**:

As part of a Risk Management Team you will be involved various areas of operational risk identification and assessment both locally, and supporting global initiatives and projects. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Support the Risk Manager with local operational risk monitoring and reporting processes. Develop and manage Incident report tracking within appropriate governance framework.
Liaise with Business and other Internal Partners to understand Incident, root cause and document accordingly, review corrective actions collaboratively.
Review process, perform gap analysis and propose solutions for improved control and risk mitigation
Attend appropriate committees and prepare senior level report on all open Operational Risk issues, RAG status and resolution
Be able to work across the infrastructure and globally on all initiatives that pertain to Operational Risk and where team needs to be represented
You will need:
- A recognized formal qualification
- At least 2 years’ of relevant operational risk management experience in Luxembourg, preferably in alternative investments
- Demonstrated analytical mindset and solutions mindset
- Advanced computer literacy skills are essential
- Fluent in business English both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
