This Luxembourg fiduciary, tax and accounting company was founded in December 2014 by two partners having respectively more than 15 years of experience in the fiduciary, tax, legal and accounting fields dedicated to the so called financial holding companies and commercial / industrial clients.

It acts as independent accounting, tax and domiciliation company and offers very professional administrative, accounting, tax and management services to small and medium international corporate and private clients from the implementation and during the circle life of the Luxembourg structures.
Closed relationship and responsiveness with our clients are our main drivers.
**You will report directly to the Manager.**
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
**You will be in charge of a diverse clients portfolio and manage the whole accounting process: preparing reports, financial statements, periodical VAT returns,...**
**You will be in direct contact with the clients and advise them when needed.**
**You will liaise with third parties, including Banks, Administration and auditors.**
**You will assist junior accountants and trainees and share with them your acquired skills.**
**You hold a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.**
**You have between 4 and 5 years of relevant experience in the areas of domiciliation or audit **firms.**
**You are a proficient user of Bob50.**
**You are fluent in French and English (any additional language is considered as an asset).**
**You possess strong computer skills, including MS Office.**
**You are rigorous, well organised, autonomous, and you have excellent communication skills **(both oral and written).**
**You are a team player, able to take initiative and to deliver within tight deadlines.**
