**The opportunity**
As a Technical Business Analyst, reporting to our COO, you’ll optimize workflows, automate processes, and integrate the tools that keep our teams running smoothly. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, HR, and other departments, you’ll help build a seamless, scalable operational backbone that supports our collective success.
**What you will be doing**- Solution Design & Ownership: Translate business needs gathered from the COO and department leads into efficient workflows, technical solutions, and seamless automations.
- Data Integration: Design, implement, and maintain API integrations (e.g., using n8n) within our existing stack (Airtable, Zoho CRM, BambooHR, Intercom) to enhance cross-team collaboration and boost everyone’s productivity.
- Sales Ops: Ensure CRM systems support sales teams with streamlined workflows and automations.
- Stakeholder Support: Serve as the go-to person for cross-departmental technical needs and project execution.
- Document solutions and take ownership of their ongoing maintenance.
**What you need to have**- Experience in technical business analysis; sales operations is a plus.-
- Comfortable with JavaScript and data analysis.- Analytical, organised, and solution-focused.- Strong communicator with technical and non-technical teams.- Collaborative and able to manage multiple priorities.- Fluent in English
