At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a **Business Analyst**to join our UniQue team in Luxembourg.
**What will you be doing in this role?**
- Gather and analyze business requirements, breaking them into detailed specifications and workflows (BPMN, UML).
- Draft clear documentation and create UI/UX wireframes and prototypes (Adobe XD).
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.
- Provide support to end-users and internal teams on system functionalities.
- Follow IT governance and project management methodologies (PRINCE2, COBIT, PMM4EP/ENGAGE).
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
- Perform root cause analysis, assess change requests, and recommend solutions.
- Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Attend meetings to align expectations, communicate updates, and gather feedback.
**Requirements**:
**What will you be bringing to the team?**
- Master in ICT field.
- 5+ years of experience with Business, functional and technical analysis, and analytical methodologies and techniques.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Quality procedures.
- At least 5 years of experience with conducting studies in the design and building of IT systems (e.g. quality, security, requirement analysis, technical or functional domain).
- No less than 5 years of experience with IT project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMM4EP/ENGAGE), IT governance and management frameworks (e.g. COBIT), and analysis tools (mind mapping, root cause analysis).
- Expertise in information systems architecture, software design, testing, development, deployment, hosting activities.
- In-depth knowledge of methodologies, processes, tools and frameworks for software development (e.g. Agile/Scrum, iterative waterfall, etc.), design and modelling (e.g. prototyping, design patterns, use cases, BPM/BPMN, UML, etc.).
- Knowledge of Adobe XD and development skills is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency of English or French at a minimum B2 Level.
