We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our team and support the delivery of innovative healthcare projects in Luxembourg. You will work alongside a dynamic group of experts shaping the future of digital health and data-driven healthcare systems.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our team and support the delivery of innovative healthcare projects in Luxembourg. You will work alongside a dynamic group of experts shaping the future of digital health and data-driven healthcare systems.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis, project coordination, and digital innovation within a sector that truly impacts lives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support the analysis and mapping of current and future business processes.
- Help create user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Participate in workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking for innovative healthcare solutions.
- Assist with data analysis and preparation of reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (tech, medical, data) to align project goals.
- Support quality assurance and validation activities during solution testing.

**Required Skills and Profile**:

- Currently pursuing or recently obtained a **master's degree**in business, Health Sciences, IT, Engineering, or related field.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus).- Interest in digital transformation, healthcare innovation, and data analytics.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, or BPMN is a plus.- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
