**What you will be working on**:
As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in the full recruitment lifecycle and act as a true talent partner to our business leaders. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Proactive Sourcing & Headhunting** - Identify, approach, and engage top talent across the market using innovative sourcing techniques, headhunting, and strong networking strategies.
- **Talent Pipeline Development** - Build and maintain strategic talent pools to anticipate business needs and secure hard-to-find skill sets.
- **Advisory Partner** - Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and Leaders, guiding them with market insights, best practices, and innovative recruitment solutions.
- **End-to-End Recruitment** - Manage job postings, screenings, interviews, offers, and onboarding with efficiency and excellence.
- **Employer Branding** - Contribute to KPMG Luxembourg’s visibility on the talent market through events, campaigns, and impactful digital presence.
- **Lead and contribute** to recruitment projects (process improvements, employer branding campaigns, talent initiatives).

**What we look for**:
We are seeking a people-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in recruitment, with proven success in **direct sourcing and headhunting** for niche or senior profiles.
- Proactive, curious, and resilient, with a passion for connecting people and opportunities.
- Fluency in **English**; French, German, or Luxembourgish are strong assets.
- Tech-savvy with experience using **ATS systems** (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
