Acting as an interface between Customer, subcontractors, and (not limited to) DSV warehouses & offices related to Air Freight, warehousing/handling, billing/invoicing.
- Ensures operational excellence and customer satisfaction (internal & external) by following security requirements and SOP’s in place.
- Manage all incidents for all destinations (Air Import & Air Export)

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Respect the security rules according to the QHSE compliance.
- Monitor if cargo ready for carriage.
- Ensure all Handling activity (Air Import / Air Export and allotments optimization if possible).
- Guiding the Handling Agent in all Air Export-Import Loading/unloading processes
- Insure the correct handling for all special cargo/requirements according to customer’s SOPs

(E.G,HVC ,AVI, Global account, Temp control, Envirotainer)

in accordance with the SOP Implemented on our Management System / teams Instruction folder.
- Escalate Problems/Priority setting/irregularities between DSV Branches / subcontractors (RFS, Handling Luxair Ground Handling Agent) to the Duty supervisors in charge or involved parties. Initiate corrective actions if possible.
- Ensure GDP-compliance. Maintain the standards of GDP (Good distribution Practice) in LUX GTW in close cooperation with the LUX GTW Healthcare Representative.
- Checking/Splitting all documentations and updating/pre-alerting the required parties.
- Manage a timely departure of all DSV activities and insure a timely hand over of cargo and documentations to the carrier as per cargo 2000 rules.
- Support the training of new staff.
- Ensure operation excellence, and Customer satisfaction.
- Incident handling. Notify & report any incident to involved party.
- Ensure customer satisfaction & retention.
- Invoicing following SOP’s & agreed rates.
- Handles & monitors irregularities and claims.

**OTHER DUTIES**
- Supporting warehouse activities when required.
