We are looking for a Compliance Professional ideally from a Fintech/Payment background or Investment / Global Banking to spearhead the Compliance function for the group. This will be a key hire to oversee the end-to-end compliance function, and be a key contributor to developing the European payment service business.

Role & Responsibilities:
(1) Implement and Spearhead regulatory compliance strategies and compliance programs.

(2) Oversight on all Compliance Matters including AML/CFT, Licensing,KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, and Reporting.

(3) Provide advisory and support the business on all compliance matters.

(4) Be the liaison officer with CSSF and regulatory bodies, as well as facilitating internal and external compliance requirements.

(5) Enhance and Develop AML/CFT policies, standards and operating procedures & controls.

(6) Work with effectively with other business units.

(7) Conduct reviews on the adequacy and relevance of regulatory and compliance strategies, policies and frameworks, and oversee enhancements to address control deficiencies.

(8) Continuously improve and conduct compliance training programs.

(9) Stay abreast on the relevant regulatory developments, compliance policies and procedures.

Skill & Qualifications:
(1)6+ years of relevant experience in compliance roles of an international scope (AML/CFT, compliance in Payment, Banking or Financial Markets.

(2) Rich experience in compliance practice operation and experiences in communication with payment institution regulators is required.

(3) Experience in developing and administering internal controls and processes.

(4) Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of business functions.

(5) Accredited AML certifications are advantageous.

(6) Experiences in the payment is a plus.

(7) Cross-Border/Europe/APAC experience is a plus.

(8) Speaking English is required，Speaking French is a plus.

Pay: €7,000.00 - €9,000.00 per month
