CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a Team Leader, to join the multicultural team of a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg.

Your Missions

You manage, coordinate and stimulate the team
You are the official contact point with the institution
You prepare and participate in operational meetings
You handle the planning of the team activities
You control the adherence to the standards, procedures, and recommendations of the department
You are in charge of the follow-up, the reporting of all activities of the team; and escalation whenever necessary
You handle quality control as well as the respect of the deadlines

**Profile**:
You have at least 4 years / 8 years of relevant professional experience
You have a good level in French and in English, additional languages represent an asset
You have a Master's degree
You are ITIL Certified
You have the capacity to manage teams and human resources
You are a team player who likes to work in an international environment
You have excellent organisational skills
