**_CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a Team Leader, to join the multicultural team of a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg._**
**Your Missions**
- You **manage**, coordinate and stimulate the team
- You are the official **contact point** with the institution
- You prepare and participate in **operational meetings**:
- You handle the **planning** of the team activities
- You **control** the adherence to the standards, procedures, and recommendations of the department
- You are in charge of the **follow-up**, the reporting of all activities of the team; and escalation whenever necessary
- You handle **quality control** as well as the respect of the deadlines
**Your profile**
- You have at least **4 years** **/ 8 years** of relevant professional experience
- You have a good level in **French** and in **English, **additional languages represent an asset
- You have a **Master’s** degree
- You are **ITIL **Certified
- You have the capacity to **manage teams** and human resources
- You are a **team player** who likes to work in an international environment
- You have excellent **organisational** skills
