**Purpose of the Job**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ensure effective and efficient set up of Standard Settlement Instructions requests;
- Actively participate to large securities migration projects;
- Monitor daily controls and exceptions; take appropriate actions to solve operational issue and system inefficiencies to ensure no backlog is created ;
- Review and analyse existing transversal setups effectiveness and efficiency, then develop solutions for improving them ;
- Provide a regular statement to the Operations & Custody Support Manager
- Evaluate reports and data to identify improvements opportunities and associated issues and risks. Identify quantifiable metrics and benchmarks, such as Key Performance Indicators to track the overall activity improvement ;
- Develop relationships with internal business functions and suppliers
- Ensure best practices are shared and understood within Operations teams. Act as the First Point of Contact for any systems setups issues.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- University degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Finance, Business
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in banking activities, or similar position
- Sound knowledge of the Bank’s business flows
- Knowledge related to the Bank organization, processes, products and services
- Good written and oral communication skills
