Entrusted responsabilities
- ** Risk Management**:

- Identify, assess, and monitor **cybersecurity risks**.
- Develop and track **risk mitigation strategies**.
- ** Compliance & Regulatory Adherence**:

- Ensure compliance with **ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, DORA**.
- Oversee **cybersecurity audits** and coordinate remediation actions.
- ** Governance & Security Awareness**:

- Define and enhance IT security policies and procedures.
- Train teams and raise awareness on **cybersecurity best practices**.

required skills
- ** Experience**: Minimum 5 years in **GRC, cybersecurity audit, or IT compliance**.
- ** Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in **ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls** frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of **European regulations (GDPR, DORA, NIS2)**.
- Experience in conducting **cybersecurity audits and risk assessments**.
- ** Preferred Certifications**:CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CIPM**.
- ** Languages**: Fluent in **English and French**; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
